Campaigns
Opportunities
Tell it how many houses, which remodel and where. It answers with ranked options — where the households are, why, what three drops cost and what they should return — each one saveable as a list or buildable as a campaign.
Postcards
Every card front and back, by version. Changing artwork makes a new version and clears approval — live mail only prints approved versions, and every piece records the version it came from.

Lists
A list is a saved set of filters, not a frozen set of addresses. Building a campaign from one re-runs it against today's data — new owners in, past customers and returned addresses out — and the exact recipients are frozen only at approval.
Build an audience
Set the filters, watch the count and the cost move, then save it as a list or a campaign draft. Nothing sends from this screen.
By zone
Phase 0 experiment
Scored against a matched control and a holdout that never gets mailed, so the lift is provable rather than assumed.
Campaigns
Condo results are reported separately from houses.
Segment results
Targeted arm only — the matched comparison and the holdout are excluded, so this is what the mailing itself did.
New campaign
Three drops against one audience, split into a targeted arm, a matched comparison and a holdout that never gets mailed. Creating it only writes a draft — recipients are frozen and money is committed at approval, not here.
Set the filters below, or carry a saved list over from the audience builder.
Three drops
One card is a coincidence, three is a campaign. The day offset is counted from the start date.
Condo buildings
Open a building to see its units, eligible owners, why they were selected, and which campaigns have touched them. Only units with a verified homestead are mailed, and always to the unit address — never a correspondence address.
Segment results
Targeted arm only — condos are reported apart from houses because they behave differently.
Do-not-mail book
Addresses the engine must never touch — past customers, live leads, and anyone who asked us to stop. It is checked before any card is printed, and every removal keeps its reason so it can be explained and undone.

Who is in the book
Informed Delivery
USPS emails many households a morning preview of their post. A campaign puts a colour banner and a clickable link under our card — the only place a postcard gets a click.

Informed Delivery campaigns
How this works
- Our postcards go to the printer with an IMb (the barcode USPS reads). The printer gives back the serial range used.
- You submit the campaign in the USPS Business Customer Gateway → Informed Delivery, with that serial range, the mailing dates, the ride-along image and the landing page.
- USPS approves it, then anyone on the list who is enrolled in Informed Delivery sees our colour image under the scan of our card in their morning email.
- When the campaign finishes, USPS publishes a post-campaign report — emails sent, opened, click-throughs. Type those numbers in here so they sit beside the card's own results.
Mailed & waste
Every household we have actually mailed, what it cost, and where the money went nowhere. Any list can be downloaded exactly as it was sent.

Exceptions
Everything the engine could not resolve on its own, grouped by the rule that stopped it. Nothing here is retried blindly.
Map
Every mailable parcel the engine has scored. Filter it, circle or outline an area, or pull the neighbours of a job you are already doing.
Finds the mailable houses around a job you are already doing — anyone already mailed is left out.
Selection
Nothing drawn — totals cover everything in view.
Find a property
Search an address to see its score, tier, permit history, flood zone and every campaign it has been in.
Review queue
Everything the engine held back, highest value first. Each one shows the rule that caught it and the single action that clears it.

Quotes
Open proposals ranked by value at risk — the money that walks if nobody follows up.
Settings
Engine loads, county data files, and the automation that turns a signed job into a neighbour list.

Engine
Data files
Pinellas RP_*.csv and Hillsborough permit extracts.
Cost assumptions
What a preview costs out at, and the ceiling above which a campaign needs your approval.
These come from the engine's configuration, not this screen — changing them is a deploy, so a stray keystroke can never re-price a live campaign.
Keys and connections
Nothing here is stored in the page beyond your own API key, which stays in this browser.
Leads
